S.O. 2799(E).— In pursuance of Sub-rule (4) of the Rule 10 of the Official Language (Use for
Official Purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby notifies the following two (02)
centres of National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) an autonomous Society and
one (01) centre of National Informatics Centre (NIC), an attached office under the administrative control of
the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, more than 80% staff whereof have acquired the
working knowledge of Hindi:
