Explanatory Memorandum For the purposes of this notification, it is hereby clarified that the provisions of Section 120A of the Multi-State Co- operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002) provides that with effect from such date as may be notified, the filing of applications, documents, inspection, and the like under this Act should be in electronic form and the process in respect of the same has already been initiated with effect from the date of commencement of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act,2023 (11 of 2023). In this regard, it is apparent to notify such date with retrospective effect. By bringing this notification with retrospective effect, the interest of no person shall be adversely affected.
