New Delhi, the 20th July, 2021
S.O. 2988(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002,
and in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Shipping No. S.O. 3484(E)
dated 17th July, 2018, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in
public interest, hereby notifies Sikka Port in Gujarat for importing petroleum into India by Sea for a period
from 31.08.2021 to 30.08.2024.
