S.O. 1623(E).—Whereas the Council referred to in section 30A of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical
Education and Research Act, 1998 (13 of 1998) has been constituted vide Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals
and Fertilizers, Department of Pharmaceuticals Order No. 50013/2/2022-NIPER (E-20049), dated the 26th September,
2022:
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the said section of the said Act, the Central Government hereby notifies the
26th September, 2022 as the date of establishment of the said Council.
