New Delhi, the 12th September, 2024
G.S.R. 567(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 146 of the Constitution, the
Chief Justice of India hereby makes the following amendments to the Supreme Court Officers and Servants
(Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1961:-
I. The following be substituted in “Column No. 4 - Method of Recruitment” and “Column No.5 –Experience, if
any, prescribed for the post”, in respect of the post of Additional Registrar - Category No. 4:-
Method of Recruitment Experience, if any, prescribed for the post.

By deputation from Judicial Service of a State/Union Minimum 7 years service in Judicial Service of a State/
Territory Union Territory, in case of deputation

OR
Minimum 3 years experience in the feeder cadre of
