I further direct that no buyer and no seller will be entitled to buy or sell other than these rates specified till 31st October, 2023.”, the words, figures and letters “…to be in force until 31st January, 2024 or further orders whichever is earlier as mentioned below. I further direct that no buyer and no seller shall be entitled to buy or sell at rates lower than these rates specified till 31st January, 2024 or further orders whichever is earlier.” shall be substituted.
