G.S.R. 411(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 (f) of Section 3 of the Major Port
Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping
& Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 459 (E) dated 26th June, 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints the
following persons on the Board of Chennai Port Authority as Members representing the interests of the employees of
the Major Port Authority: -
