New Delhi, the 4th August, 2026.
S.O. 4317(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), upon obtaining accreditation from
the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of India, the Central Government
hereby notifies the following agency for the purposes of the said Act, namely:–
