NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th June, 2026
S.O. 3185(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas
(Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 (8 of 2026), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of June,
2026 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as it relate to amendments in the Apprentices Act,
1961 (52 of 1961), as specified against serial number 29 of the Schedule to the said Act, shall come into force.
