This document is an addendum issued by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, dated August 29, 2025. It amends Order No. 1486E, dated March 27, 2025, regarding the ceiling price fixation of scheduled formulation packs of I.V. fluids (non-Glass) with special features.
The addendum introduces two new manufacturers to Table B of the original order: Ms. Hindustan Polyfab (Sl. No. 10) for "Euro Head LDPE Bottles" and Ms. Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (Sl. No. 11) for "Euro CapHead Bottles."
It also specifies the applicable formulations for each new manufacturer. For Ms. Hindustan Polyfab, only the prices of formulations specified at Sl. No. 1 and 6 of Table A are applicable. For Ms. Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., only the prices of the formulations specified at Sl. No. 1, 2, 4, and 6 of Table A are applicable.
The addendum is referenced as S.O. 3976(E) and carries file numbers PN2681362025FF and No. 81362025D.P.NPPA/Div.II. The issuing authority is Mahaveer Saini, Dy. Director.

ADDENDUM
New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025
S.O. 3976(E).— The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority’s Order No. 1486(E) dated 27th March 2025,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, related to ceiling price fixation of scheduled formulation packs of I.V.
fluids (non-Glass with special features) is henceforth to be read with the following additions:
(1) Sl. No. 10 and 11 shall be added in Table ‘B’ as below:
