Will the Minister of PANCHAYATIRAJ be pleased to state:
(a) the total quantum of 15th Finance Commission (Tied and Untied) grants and Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) funds withheld from the State of Kerala in Financial Year 2025-26; and
(b) the number of Utilization Certificates (UCs) submitted by Kerala that remain pending approvalasof January, 2026andthe specific "procedural" reasons citedfor theirrejection? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF PANCHAYATI RAJ (SHRIRAJIVRANJAN SINGH ALIAS LALAN SINGH)
(a) & (b): No grants under the Fifteenth Finance Commission and Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) have been withheld for the State of Kerala during the Financial Year 2025–26, and all Grant Transfer Certificates/Utilization Certificates (UCs) submitted by the State have been accepted as of January 2026.
