2499. SHRI KONDA VISHWESHWAR REDDY:

Will the Minister of Women and Child Development be pleased to state:

(a) the total number of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) and Mini Anganwadi Centres (Mini- AWCs) functioning under the Integrated Child Development Services

(ICDS)/Anganwadi Services scheme, in Telangana district-wise;

(b) the share of Central and State Governments in the allocation of funds for Anganwadi Services including allocations for supplementary nutrition and infrastructure in said State, district-wise during the last two years;

(c) the number of beneficiaries covered under the scheme, including children aged 7 months to 6 years and pregnant and lactating women, district-wise; and

(d) whether the Government proposes to place performance and beneficiary data of Anganwadi Services in the public domain to enhance transparency and accountability, district-wise, if so, the details thereof ? (a) to (d) The district wise number of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) functioning in the State of Telangana and number of beneficiaries including children and pregnant and lactating women

Under the Mission, the Government of India releases grants-in-aid to the States/UTs on the following cost-sharing ratio between Centre and States/UTs:Components under Anganwadi Services General Salary SNP & Other components SAG including infrastructure States and UTs with Legislature 60:40 NA 50:50 60:40 NE and Himalayan States 90:10 90:10 90:10 90:10 (including J&K) UT Without Legislature 100:0 NA 100:0 100:0 The component wise amount of funds released to the State of Telangana during the last two years under Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 is as below:
