Shri K Radhakrishnan: Will the Minister of CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS be pleased to state: (a) the average annual price per kg of urea, DAP and MOP, respectively, during the last five years, year-wise; and (b) the details of the annual usage of the said fertilizers during the last five years, year- wise, category-wise and State-wise? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS (SMT. ANUPRIYA PATEL) (a): The MRP of Urea during the last five years is Rs.242 per 45 kg bag of Urea (exclusive of Central/State levies/GST and charges towards neem coating). Accordingly, the per kg rate of urea comes out to be Rs.5.37. The average MRP (in Rs.
