(a) Yes, Ministry of Ayush, under the Ayush Grid initiative, has developed Ayush
Hospital Management Information System (AHMIS) for adoption across Ayush
facilities including Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. AHMIS is compliant with the national
digital health ecosystem under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and
supports standardized diagnostics, service delivery, and data management for
monitoring and community wellness.

digital health records. In Chandauli district, 67 Ayush doctors have been registered
on Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
(c) Ayush telemedicine services, delivered through eSanjeevani have expanded
healthcare access in remote and underserved areas by operationalizing Ayush OPDs
and implementing the hub-and-spoke model under eSanjeevani Ayushman Bharat-
Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AB–AAM). These initiatives have improved access to
consultations without long travel, strengthened last-mile service delivery, and
enabled efficient utilisation of Ayush specialists.(d) The Ayush Grid project serves as the IT backbone of the Ayush sector, driving
digital transformation by integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial
Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) across functional areas i.e. Healthcare,
Research & Development, Ayush Drugs, Education & Awareness etc. As part of this
initiative, several digital platforms have been developed such as My Ayush
Integrated Services Portal (MAISP), a master portal of Ministry of Ayush to
integrate and streamline various Ayush-related applications and services. Ayush
Hospital Management Information System (AHMIS) for diagnostics & service
delivery, Ayush Research Portal and National Ayush Morbidity and Standardized
Terminologies Electronic (NAMASTE) Portal to support evidence-based research.
