ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE (IC) OF THE MINISTRY OF AYUSH (SHRI PRATAPRAO JADHAV) (a) Ministry of Ayush is implementing Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National Ayush Mission (NAM) through State/UT Governments for overall development and promotion of Ayush system in the country including Uttar Pradesh. Under NAM, financial assistance is being provided to States/UTs for different activities as per the provision of NAM guidelines against their submitted proposals through State Annual Action Plans (SAAPs). Under NAM as per the proposals received from State/UT Governments including Uttar Pradesh through SAAPs, 12500 Ayush Dispensaries and Health Sub-Centres have been upgraded as Ayush Health and Wellness Centres now known as Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (Ayush). Out of these 1034 AAM(Ayush) upgraded from Ayush Dispensaries are supported in State of UttarPradesh including 11 in Gonda district and 18 in Behraich district, as reported all are functional. Further, State/UT-wise list of approved AAM(Ayush) are furnished at Annexure-I, and the district wise list of AAM(Ayush) in Uttar Pradesh is furnished at Annexure-II. (b) No. (c) & (d) Public Health being a State subject, the primary responsibility to monitor target saturation in underserved districts and to take steps for district-level monitoring of target saturation lies with the respective State Government. As informed by State Government of Uttar Pradesh, district wise data is being maintained through various portals such as Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), Chief Minister Information System Portal (CMIS), PM Gati Shakti Portal and Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance system (AEBAS). (e) There is a National Ayush Mission portal having provision for submission of State Annual Action Plan (SAAPs), and information of facilities. *****Annexure –I State/UT-wise list of approved AAM(Ayush) Sl.
