SHRI BALWANT BASWANT WANKHADE: DR. AMAR SINGH: Will the Minister of FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES be pleased to state: (a) the number of total beneficiaries under the Prime Minister Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme from 2020 to 30 June 2025, year-wise; (b) the number of applications received under the scheme along with those, which are under review and pending, year and State-wise; (c) the total monetary disbursement made through credit-linked subsidy under the PMFME scheme during the financial years 2020–2021 to 2024–2025; and (d) the number of micro food processing units operated by women under the scheme including gender-specific initiatives taken/implemented, State-wise? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES (SHRI RAVNEET SINGH) (a): 1,44,517 loans for the Credit Linked Subsidy to micro food processing enterprises and seed capital assistance for 3,48,907 SHG members have been sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme from 2020 till 30th June, 2025. The year-wise details are at Annexure-I. (b): Under the Credit Linked Subsidy component of the PMFME Scheme, 3,76,289 applications have been submitted, out of which 60,740 applications are pending at District and Banks Level as on 30th June 2025. The year-wise and State-wise details are at Annexure-II. (c): Till 30th June 2025, a total of Rs. 2465.81 crore subsidy has been disbursed under Credit linked subsidy component of PMFME Scheme during the financial years 2020–2021 to 2024– 2025. (d): 63,320 loans have been sanctioned to women entrepreneurs for credit linked subsidy under the PMFME Scheme for setting up of new/ upgradation of micro food processing enterprises in the country as on 30th June, 2025. In addition, seed capital support has been sanctioned for 3,48,907 women SHG members as on 30th June, 2025.
