The projects are implemented by the states through the State Government Directorates/ Corporations who are the Cluster Management & Technical Agency (CMTA) for their respective projects. The state and year wise details of number of cluster covered during last three years in CHCDS scheme including Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh district wise are provided at Annexure-1. (b): The details regarding physical progress of CHCDS project component in Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh based on financial allocation and utilization are provided at Annexure-II. (c): Total Nine (9) Detailed Project Report (DPR) submitted and approved in the past three years.
