GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COAL RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 2584 ANSWERED ON 16.03.2026 COAL PRODUCTION GROWTH VS REVENUE REALIZATION IN ODISHA 2584 SHRI SUBHASISH KHUNTIA: Will the Minister of COAL be pleased to state: (a) whether year-wise coal production figures from the State of Odisha during the last five years are available and, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether year-wise royalty and other revenues accrued to the State from coal during the same period are available, the details thereof; (c) whether increase in coal production has proportionately translated into a corresponding increase in real revenue to the State; (d) if so, the comparative growth position; and (e) if not, the reasons therefor and whether any revision of royalty or revenue-sharing mechanism is under consideration?
