SHRI K E PRAKASH: Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry proposes to support the establishment of Common Facility Centres(CFCs) for value-added agro-based processing and traditional textile clusters under the Micro and Small Enterprises-Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP); and (b) if so, the details of such CFC projects approved, operational and under processing as of June 2025, State/UT-wise along with their budgetary allocations? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE) (a) and (b): Micro and Small Enterprises - Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) scheme of the Ministry is a demand driven scheme under which State/UT Governments propose/send the projects to establish the Common Facility Centres (CFCs) as per the need in different sectors/clusters of their States/UTs including agro-based processing and traditional textile clusters.
