COMPLETION OF ROADS UNDER PMGSY

Will the Minister of RURAL DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:
(a) the details and total number of complaints received through
public grievance portals or by State Governments regarding
corruption, use of substandard materials and misreporting of
completion dates in road projects under the Pradhan Mantri
Gram SadakYojana (PMGSY) during the last three years, State-
wise including Rajasthan;
(b) the details and total number of complaints have been
investigated, resolved and pending;
(c) the list of road developments and upgradation projects delayed
beyond their original deadlines in Rajasthan particularly in the
Sri Ganganagar-HanumangarhLokSabha Constituency; and
(d) the details of the cost overrun in these projects along with
their reasons for the delay?

(a) & (b): Under the Pradhan Mantri Gram SadakYojana (PMGSY)
timely redressal of grievances and their disposal has been
prioritized and grievances/complaints received through CPGRAM
portal/PMO/VIP references and through States in various categories
have been timely disposed of by the Department. Further, to bring
more transparency in the system a dedicated grievance redressal
App w.r.t. PMGSY has been developed in the Department viz.
"MeriSadak" App. Complaints received in various categories are
dynamic in nature and being disposed of as and when received on
priority after taking appropriate necessary action in timely manner.

DholpurKarauli raised regarding quality in PMGSY Works of
Bharatpur, Dholpur&Karauli District was received during this period.
Department has taken immediate action and National Quality
Monitor (NQMs) were sent on field for immediate inspection which
was conducted in June & July 2025. The reports of the NQMs were
shared with State for providing necessary compliance. Upon receipt
of ATRs are from State Government, the action taken therein will be
apprised to Hon`ble MP.

have been sanctioned under various interventions/verticals of the
PMGSY for the State of Rajasthan. Out of these, 18,109 roads of
75,788 km and 65 bridges have been completed by State. Details of
