SHRI RICHARD VANLALHMANGAIHA: Will the Minister of COMMUNICATIONS be pleased to state: (a) the total number of villages connected under BharatNet Phase-II in Mizoram; (b) whether the Government has plans to improve 4G/5G coverage in border and hilly areas and if so, the details of new telecom towers sanctioned; and (c) the details of the funds allocated for digital connectivity projects in Mizoram?
