2292. SHRI AJAY BHATT:
Will the Minister of Ayush be pleased to state:
(a) the number of educational institutions for Yoga Therapy across the country, State/UT-wise;
(b) the number of students pursuing graduation in Yoga Therapy from these institutions during
the current year, State/UT-wise including Uttarakhand;
(c) whether the Government has finalised a standard curriculum for teaching and learning Yoga
Therapy across the country; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d) Ministry of Ayush is not regulating Yoga Therapy Education in the country. Hence, the
State-wise data regarding the number of educational institutes/ students pursuing graduation in
Yoga Therapy is not maintained by the Ministry. Also, the Ministry has not prepared any
standard curriculum for teaching and learning Yoga Therapy.
