(a) the details of the total number of CSCs (Common Service Centres) established in gram
panchayats, State and district-wise particularly for Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh;
(b) the details of the number of functional CSCs in gram panchayats, State and district-wise
particularly for Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh;
(c) the details of the States which have successfully integrated services offered by them with the
Digital Seva Portal;
(d) the number of VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs) who have availed services from CSCs,
State and district-wise particularly for Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh; and
(e) the details of the number of Service Delivery Agents and District e-governance society
provided with manpower resources, State and district-wise particularly for Andhra Pradesh and

(a) to (e): Government of India launched a project to set up Common Services Centres (CSCs)
provide citizen centric services. The CSCs are set up by Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs).
State and district wise details of CSCs registered and active are available on the website
https://csc.gov.in/ .
A total number of 16 State/UT Governments have integrated their e-services onto Digital Seva
Portal. These States are-Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh,
Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Puducherry, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu &
Kashmir, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu. CSCs in these states can utilize the portal to provide services to
citizens.
CSC project aims to provide government services to citizens and does not envisage providing
manpower.
