SHRI SAKET GOKHALE: Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) whether rights given under Forest Rights Act have been fully recognised/settled and consent has been obtained from Gram Sabhas for the Great Nicobar project; (b) whether the Ministry obtained National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST's) considered advice on the Great Nicobar project and FRA/Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG) implications, if so, the details therof; (c) the details of the consent resolutions and rehabilitation plans with their respective dates; and (d) whether key reports have been withheld from the public domain despite continuing project steps, if so, the reasons therefor?
