ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES (SHRI RAVNEET SINGH) (a). Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY) is a Central Sector demand driven scheme and the funds are not allocated/sanctioned/released state-wise under any of the component schemes of PMKSY. The applications are invited through Expression of Interest (EoI) from all over India including Himachal Pradesh. The total funds approved under thePradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY) till June, 2025 in the country, State-wise including district-wise details of Himachal Pradesh is at Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 respectively. (b) and (c). 52 projects have been approved in the country including Odisha thereunder from January, 2024 to June, 2025. State-wise details of the same are at Annexure-3. One project out of these has been made operational. Details at Annexure-4. (d). the details of total funds approved and released for dairy related processing units in Rajasthan including Jalore and Sirohi districts are at Annexure-5. (e). As per the Evaluation Study conducted and submitted to the Ministry by NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (NABCONS) in 2020 on “Impact of Units Implemented under Scheme for Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure assisted by Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI)”, it was highlighted that due to interventions of the Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure Scheme of Ministry of Food Processing Industries, while all sectors had shown some decrease in wastages, but Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy and Fisheries sector had shown significant reduction in wastages. Details of project approved under PMKSY in Durg Lok Sabha constituency are at Annexure-6. (f). Under the PMKSY scheme, as on 30.06.2025, 52 number of projects have been approved in the state of Madhya Pradesh out of which 30 projects are completed/operational, with a project cost of Rs. 642.57 crores, generating 9442 employment opportunities and benefitting 87341 number of farmers.
