LOVELY ANAND: SHRI KAUSHALENDRA KUMAR: Will the Minister of AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृ िष एवं िकसान क(cid:670)ाण मं(cid:361)ी be pleased to state: (a) the details of the districts of Bihar where Pradhan Mantri Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY) has been implemented; (b) whether the Government has reviewed the said scheme in all the said districts; and (c) if so, the extent to which the farmers have got benefited from the said scheme along with the number of beneficiaries thereof, district-wise? ANSWER MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृ िष एवं िकसान क(cid:670)ाण मं(cid:361)ी (SHRI SHIVRAJ SINGH CHOUHAN) (a) to (c): A Statement is laid on the Table of the House.STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF PARTS (a) to (c) OF THE LOK SABHA STARRED QUESTION NO. 354 DUE FOR ANSWER ON 17TH MARCH, 2026 REGARDING “IMPLEMENTATION OF PMDDKY IN BIHAR” (a): Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (DDKY) is being implemented in Madhubani, Darbhanga, Banka, Gaya, Siwan, Kishanganj and Nawada districts of Bihar. (b) & (c): DDKY is being implemented through convergence of 36 Central schemes across 11 Departments and other State schemes. Committees have been constituted at the district, state, and national levels for effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of the scheme. Further, Central Nodal officers (CNOs) have also been assigned to each DDKY districts to undertake field visits and for reviewing & monitoring the performance of districts. District Action Plans (DAPs) have been prepared and finalized by the district level committees headed by the district collector in consultation with relevant stakeholders. The DDKY districts from Bihar have formulated the DAPs and uploaded the same on the DDKY dashboard. The concerned Ministries/Departments have reviewed the DAPs and provided feedback to the DDKY districts. Progress of the scheme in DDKY districts is monitored through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) updated by the district on the DDKY dashboard. The farmers are benefiting from activities being undertaken under various schemes in the DDKY districts.
