**Summary:**

* **Incubation Centers:** 76 incubation centers approved nationwide, with 20 currently operational.
The PMFME Scheme is being implemented across all states, including Madhya Pradesh. Specific progress in Madhya Pradesh as of June 30, 2025, includes:
* **Credit Linked Subsidy:** 9,910 loans sanctioned, amounting to Rs. 879.43 crores.

Will the Minister of FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES be pleased to state:
(a) the details and the objectives of the Prime Minister Formalisation of Micro Food Processing
Enterprises (PMFME) scheme along with the States where it is being implemented;
(b) the number of loans sanctioned and the total financial amount involved therein under the said
scheme till June 2025;
(c) the amount sanctioned as seed capital assistance to Self Help Groups thereunder till June
2025;
(d) the number of incubation centres approval and those operational under this scheme till June
2025; and
(e) whether the scheme is being implemented in Madhya Pradesh and Chhindwara Lok Sabha
Constituency and if so, the progress thereof and if not, the time by which it is likely to be implemented
there?

(a). As part of Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) is
implementing a centrally sponsored "PM Formalisation of Micro food processing Enterprises (PMFME)
Scheme" for providing financial, technical and business support for setting up of new/ upgradation of
micro food processing enterprises in the country. The scheme is operational from 2020-21 to 2025-26
with an outlay of Rs. 10,000 Crore. The objectives of the scheme are to build capacity of micro
enterprises through increased access to credit, integration with organized supply chain by strengthening
branding and marketing, increased access to common services, strengthening of institutions, research &
training in the food processing sector.
(b) to (d). Under the PMFME Scheme, the progress till 30th June 2025 is detailed below:
i. 1,44,517 loans have been sanctioned under the Credit Linked Subsidy for an amount
of Rs. 11501.79 crores.
ii. Seed capital assistance has been sanctioned for 3,48,907 SHG members for an amount
of Rs. 1182.48 crores.
iii. 76 Incubation Centres have been approved in the country out of which 20 Incubation
Centres have been commissioned.
(e). The PMFME Scheme is implemented across the country including the State of Madhya Pradesh.
The progress of the scheme in the State of Madhya Pradesh including the district of Chhindwara till 30th
June 2025 is as under:For the State of Madhya Pradesh:
