SHRI HANUMAN BENIWAL: Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government is aware that the schemes related to education, health etc. are not being implemented at the expected pace in tribal-dominated districts of Rajasthan and if so, the reasons therefor along with the steps being taken for the quick implementation of the said schemes; (b) whether the Government is also aware that the benefits of livelihood promotion and skill development schemes are reaching to the tribal areas of Rajasthan only at a limited level and if so, the reasons therefor along with the new policies being formulated to address these issues; and (e) the details of the funds sanctioned by the Government during the last three years for various schemes in tribal-dominated areas of Rajasthan and other States of the country along with the funds utilised and remained unutilised, State and scheme-wise ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR TRIBAL AFFAIRS (SHRI DURGADAS UIKEY) (a & b): (i) Schemes related to education and health are being implemented by MoTA in the form of central sector schemes and Centrally Sponsored schemes like Pre and Post Matric Scholarship, National Fellowship and Scholarship for higher education of ST students, National Overseas scholarship and Ekalavya Model Residential Schools, PMJVM and PMJANMAN and Aid to voluntary organisations.
