IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW MSME POLICY 2024 AND
INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN TELANGANA
285. SHRI RAVI CHANDRA VADDIRAJU:
Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) whether Government has provided central support for the creation of the ten proposed
industrial parks for MSMEs between Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional Ring Road (RRR) in
Telangana and if so, the details thereof;
(b) impact of T‑PRIDE and T‑IDEA schemes on increasing capital investment for SC/ST
and women‑owned manufacturing units in the State;
(c) present status of the Subsidy Collateralization Scheme intended to help MSMEs use
their proof of entitlement as collateral for bank loans; and
(d) number of MSMEs in Telangana that have benefited from the MSE‑CDP (Cluster
Development Programme) for setting up common facility centers during last two years?

(a): Ministry of MSME, GoI has not received any proposal for scheme support from
Government of Telangana for the proposed industrial parks for MSMEs between Outer Ring Road
(ORR) and Regional Ring Road (RRR) in Telangana.
(b) and (c): T‑PRIDE, T‑IDEA and Subsidy Collateralization Schemes are being implemented
by State Government of Telangana and the status as well as impact of these schemes are under
their purview.
(d): The following two Common Facility Centers (CFCs) approved in MSE‑CDP (Cluster
Development Programme) are under implementation and have not become operational. MSEs can
avail the benefit of facilities on completion of these projects:
