LOK SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 3915 TO BE ANSWERED ON 17.03.2026 INTEGRATED PROCESSING DEVELOPMENT SCHEME (IPDS) 3915. SHRI BIBHU PRASAD TARAI: Will the Minister of TEXTILES वस्त्र मंत्री be pleased to state : (a) the details of new processing parks and existing textile processing projects approved and targets achieved under the Integrated Processing Development Scheme (IPDS), State-wise; (b) the current status of these projects in terms of physical and financial progress including funds allocated, released and utilized, project and State-wise; (c) the technologies implemented under IPDS in both new and existing clusters to ensure compliance with environmental standards particularly in managing effluents and controlling pollution; (d) whether it is a fact that the IPDS supports the existing textile processing clusters in the area of water and waste water management and if so, the details thereof; and (e) the details of the financial incentives, subsidies provided? उत्तर ANSWER वस्त्र मंत्री (श्री गिरििाज ग िंह) MINISTER OF TEXTILES (SHRI GIRIRAJ SINGH) (a) to (e): In order to facilitate the Indian Textile Industry to become globally competitive using environmentally friendly processing standards and technology, and to address the issues of pollution in the textile processing sector, the Ministry has been implementing Integrated Processing Development Scheme since 12th FYP to support new Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP)/ upgradation of CETPs in existing processing clusters as well as new processing parks. The scheme was under implementation till 2021; after that the scheme has been continued to meet committed liabilities only. The details of the projects approved under the scheme and their present status is as below: (In crore) S. Another technology being implementing is Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) which further helps in recovery of treated water. ****
