KALYAN VAIJINATHRAO KALE: Will the Minister of FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES be pleased to state: (a) the present status of mango production cluster in Amravati, Latur and Jalna districts under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY); (b) the status of the products of the said districts under the 'One District One Product' (ODOP) scheme; (c) the details of the progress made in infrastructure creation, marketing and branding under the "Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme; (d) the details of projects sanctioned and financial assistance provided to the State of Maharashtra under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme; and (e) whether the Government is planning to strengthen the said scheme and if so, the details thereof? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES (SHRI RAVNEET SINGH) (a): Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) has been implementing a central sector umbrella scheme called “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY)” since 2017-18 across the country. Under Operation Greens component of PMKSY scheme, the Ministry is providing financial assistance for value chain development of 10 fruit crops, 11 vegetable crops and shrimp in the identified production clusters. The production clusters for these crops are identified based on the horticultural production data provided by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, in consultation with the Horticulture Departments of the respective states. Based on these criteria, the Ministry has identified 7 Mango clusters spread across 19 districts in 4 states in the country. The details of these production clusters are at Annexure- I. Amravati, Latur and Jalna districts have not been identified as production clusters for Mango under Operation Greens scheme and no project for Mango processing has been sanctioned in these districts under Operation Greens scheme. (b): The One district One Product (ODOP) under the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro food processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme for the district of Amravati, Latur and Jalna districts are mentioned below:  Amravati- Mandarin Orange based products  Latur- Tomato based products  Jalna- Sweet Orange based products(c): Under the PMFME Scheme, 76 Incubation Centres including the infrastructure creation have been approved with an outlay of Rs. 208.11 Cr in 24 States/UTs. Under the Marketing & branding component, 27 proposals have been approved. (d): Under PLISFPI, incentive amount to the tune of ₹1726.60 Crore has been released in 116 eligible cases.
