assistance sanctioned and released to each of these Mega Food Parks;
(c) the details of the total private investment received in each of these Mega Food Parks, Park -

(a) to (d) : The Ministry of Food Processing Industries was implementing Mega Food Park
Scheme (MFPS), a component scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana
(PMKSY), from 2008 to 31.03.2021. The responsibility of execution, ownership and management
of the Mega Food Park (MFP) vests with the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) / Implementing
Agency (IA). As per the scheme guidelines 30 months timeline has been provided for completing
projects from the date of final approval. MFP scheme has already been discontinued with effect
from 01.04.2021 with provision for committed liabilities only.
The details of Mega Food Parks approved including total project cost, amount of financial
assistance sanctioned and released, private investment received, employment generated in respect
of each Mega Food Park are at Annexure
