(a) Yes, Sir. The ‘Meri Panchayat’ mobile application developed by the Ministry of
Panchayati Raj provides Panchayat-wise information on the receipts and utilization of funds
for Gram Panchayats in all States. The application draws data from the
eGramSwaraj–Treasury integration and the eGramSwaraj–PFMS interface used by States,
which enablesnearreal-time availabilityof financialinformation relatedtoPanchayats.
(b) No, Sir. The information related to the receipts and utilization of funds of Panchayats
locatedinthe Union Territory of DamanandDiu isnot available onthe Meri PanchayatApp.
(c) Does not arise, Sir.
(d) Union Territories receive funds for Panchayati Raj Institutions directly from the
