Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government proposes to monitor schemes related to Scheduled Tribes through e-governance;
(b) if so, the details of the schemes proposed to be brought under online monitoring; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

of Tribal Affairs (MoTA), is an integrated governance mechanism to strengthen transparency, accountability
and evidence-based decision-making across tribal development initiatives. Anchored by the Central Project
Monitoring Unit (CPMU), MESSA serves as the central oversight architecture for flagship schemes including
DAPST, DA-JGUA, PM-JANMAN, EMRS, ST Scholarship Schemes and Tribal Research Institutes (TRIs), by
enabling IT-enabled monitoring, field verification, participatory social audits, and real-time data-driven analysis
of scheme and non-scheme interventions.
