Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has launched the “MSME Udyam Vikas Yojana” as announced in
the Union Budget 2025 to promote innovation, digitalization and global competitiveness of
MSMEs;
(b) the details of key components of this scheme, including the eligibility criteria, financial
allocations, and target sectors;
(c) the number of MSMEs enrolled under the scheme, State/UT-wise;
(d) the steps being taken to ensure inclusive participation of rural, women-led and SC/ST
owned MSMEs in the scheme; and
(e) whether there is any collaboration with industry bodies or technology platforms for
effective implementation and monitoring of the scheme and if so, the details thereof?
