The Ministry of External Affairs has authorized the establishment of nine One Stop Centers (OSCs) in Indian Missions/Posts abroad. These OSCs are located in: Dubai (Consulate General of India), Riyadh (Embassy of India), Singapore (High Commission of India), Toronto (Consulate General of India), Doha (Embassy of India), Muscat (Embassy of India), Kuwait (Embassy of India), Bahrain (Embassy of India), and Jeddah (Consulate General of India). The countries were selected based on the size of the Indian diaspora and the number of distressed Indian women requiring assistance. Funds allocated, released, and utilized for each OSC are: Dubai (1,13,22,000/- allocated and released, 46,910/- utilized), Riyadh (83,00,000/- allocated and released, 15,42,402/- utilized), Singapore (1,38,00,000/- allocated and released, 5,48,918.25/- utilized), Toronto (1,36,00,000/- allocated and released, 1,94,713.5/- utilized), Doha (63,00,000/- allocated and released, 27,897/- utilized), Muscat (74,50,000/- allocated and released, 12,76,697/- utilized), Kuwait (1,88,00,000/- allocated and released, NIL utilized), Bahrain (41,20,000/- allocated and released, 3,51,689/- utilized), and Jeddah (65,00,000/- allocated and released, 2,60,906/- utilized). 1(a) Ministry of External Affairs has recently authorised the following 09
Indian Missions/Posts abroad to establish “One Stop Centres” (OSCs) under
their respective jurisdictions:
