ANSWER
THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR NEW & RENEWABLE ENERGY AND POWER
(SHRI SHRIPAD YESSO NAIK)
(a) & (b) The Government has sanctioned three solar parks in Maharashtra, under the scheme
for “Development of Solar Parks and Ultra Mega Solar Power Projects” for achieving the
State's renewable energy targets and the country's clean energy goals. The details of these solar
parks indicating their district-wise installed capacity and status are given at Annexure.
(c) Out of these three solar parks, 225 MW of solar project has been commissioned in
Dondaicha solar park, progressively since December 2025. Since then, 38.3 million units and
66.85 million units of solar energy have been generated in FY 2025-26 and 2026-27 (till June
2026) respectively.
(d) & (e) The Solar Park scheme is implemented in coordination with the State Governments
and other stakeholders to ensure its effective implementation. Further, the Government
periodically reviews the progress of the scheme with all stakeholders and regularly
communicates with the States to resolve issues, if any, relating to land acquisition, transmission
infrastructure, financing, grid connectivity, and other implementation-related matters.
