SHRI CAPTAIN VIRIATO FERNANDES Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) the details of international conferences, associations and other bodies in which the State of Goa has participated including the nature and purpose of such participation and the financial expenditure incurred by the State Government of Goa thereon during the last five years; (b) the specific decisions, agreements or resolutions adopted at these international conferences, associations or bodies that are relevant to the State of Goa; (c) whether the State Government has established any mechanism to monitor and evaluate the outcomes of their participation in such international platforms and if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therfor; and 1(d) the measures taken by the State Government of Goa to implement the decisions or recommendations arising from these international engagements, along with the progress made in their implementation?
