GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF AYUSH RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 3533 TO BE ANSWERED ON 24.03.2026 Patient footfall and treatment outcomes in AYUSH hospitals across Odisha 3533 Shri Niranjan Bishi: Will the Minister of Ayush be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any mechanism to monitor patient footfall and treatment outcomes in AYUSH hospitals across Odisha; and (b) if so, the details thereof? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE (IC) OF THE MINISTRY OF AYUSH (SHRI PRATAPRAO JADHAV) (a) & (b) Public Health being a State subject, adopting any mechanism to monitor patient footfall and treatment outcomes in Ayush hospitals across Odisha comes under purview of respective State Government. As reported by State Government of Odisha, there is no dedicated mechanism to monitor treatment outcome across Ayush hospitals in Odisha. However, as informed by State Government of Odisha patient footfall data is being collected regularly from all Ayush facilities and 2,03,34,917 beneficiaries have been recorded across the State during year 2024 & 2025. *****
