(a) whether Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme announced for specialty steel
in 2020 with an estimated outlay of Rs. 6,300 crores;
(b) if so, the details of investment it could attract since its implementation in November,
2020;
(c) the details of additional production it could generate since its implementation in
November, 2020;
(d) the number of employment opportunities it could generate since November, 2020;
and
(e) the amount of incentive so far disbursed out of the total outlay of Rs. 6,300 crores?

launched with an overall budget of Rs.6,322 crore in July, 2021 to promote the
