(a) whether the Government has received a comprehensive proposal from the Government
of Telangana under the Pradhan Mantri Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (PM
DAJGUA) for the years 2024–25 and 2025–26 covering major works such as compound
walls, dormitories, dining halls, kitchen sheds, water storage sumps, kitchen-cum-dining
halls and other infrastructure for Tribal Welfare schools and hostels, if so, the details
thereof;
(b) whether the Government has received proposals for establishing Tribal Marketing and
Mentoring Centres (TMMCs) to support Minor Forest Produce gatherers and tribal artisans,
if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the present status of appraisal including observations issued and compliance
submitted by the State Government has been recorded, if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the total amount proposed by Telangana and the components found technically
viable have been identified, if so, the details thereof; and
(e) the timeframe by which the Government proposes to approve and release funds to
strengthen educational and livelihood infrastructure for tribal communities?

(a) The Pradhan Mantri Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (PM DA JGUA)
known as Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA JGUA) is a flagship initiative
aimed at bridging critical infrastructure gaps in tribal areas, including educational
institutions, hostels, and community facilities, to ensure holistic development and welfare
of tribal communities.
The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has received proposals from the Government of
Telangana for consideration of funds. As per consideration of Project Appraisal Committee
(PAC), details of approved projects under the DAJGUA scheme by Ministry of Tribal
Affairs are as under:
