**Summary:**
As of July 16, 2025, the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) in Kerala has sanctioned a total road length of 5,312.33 km across various interventions. Of this, 4,535.69 km has been completed, while 737.44 km is currently under execution.
A breakdown of the physical achievements under PMGSY since its inception is as follows:
* **PMGSY-I:** 3,308.37 km sanctioned, 3,241.0 km completed, 39.33 km balance.
* **PMGSY-II:** 582.88 km sanctioned, 562.24 km completed, 15.60 km balance.
* **PMGSY-III:** 1,421.06 km sanctioned, 732.45 km completed, 682.51 km balance.
The difference between the sanctioned and completed road lengths does not precisely match the balance due to factors such as road length reduction, alignment changes, and construction of partial lengths by other agencies. Detailed information on the phase-wise status of ongoing projects is available on the program website: www.omms.in (Progress Monitoring State Abstract Report).
The completion timeline for ongoing projects under PMGSY-III has been extended from March 2025 to March 2026, following requests from multiple states, including Kerala.
