SHRI NAVEEN JINDAL Will the Minister of NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has formulated any policy and/or worked out any plan to develop infrastructure to encourage use of hydrogen based energy sources and if so, the details thereof; (b) the present status of National Hydrogen Mission (NHM); (c) the details of targets set forth and the allocations made under NHM for the achievement of the laid down targets; (d) the details of achievements made against the set targets under NHM and the actual expenditure incurred for the same; and (e) the steps taken/ being taken by the Government to push hydrogen as a clear and safe alternative fuel in the country along with the timelines, if any prescribed for such a transition?
