PORTAL FOR PM-KUSUM

Will the minister of new and renewable energy be pleased to state:
(a) the percentage of achievement of the Pradhan Mantri-Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-
KUSUM) at the national level;
(b) whether the online portal created for solar pump subsidy applications under the PM-KUSUM remain closed
most of the time on account of server problems and other reasons as a result, the rural farmers get deprived of
registration and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the targets set by the Government under PM-KUSUM for Madhya Pradesh during the years 2024-
25 and 2025-26 have been achieved particularly in Sidhi Lok Sabha Constituency and if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the Government is formulating any plan to upgrade the national database to maintain a 24 hour
service with an open-ended window for the convenience of the farmers and if so, the details thereof; and
(e) whether there is any scheme for offline applications in villages where network connectivity is unavailable
and if so, the details thereof?

(a) The state wise progress under PM KUSUM is placed at Annexure I. As on 31.07.2026, total of 15.81 GW has been
installed under the scheme.
(b) PM-KUSUM is a demand-driven scheme, and capacities are allocated based on the demand raised by the state. The
beneficiary selection through respective state portals and implementation of the scheme is the responsibilities of the State
Implementing Agency (SIA).
The National portal of PM KUSUM is for the effective monitoring of the scheme where state wise solar pumps are
synced based on the installation and as per the provisions of the scheme guidelines.
(c) The Ministry allocate targets to the SIA which in turns allocate to various districts, as per their demand.
As reported by the SIA for the state, the progress under Sidhi Lok Sabha Constituency is as follows:
