JYOTSNA CHARANDAS MAHANT: Will the Minister of FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES be pleased to state: (a) the total number of applications received and approved under the Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Food Processing Industry (PLISFPI) since 2021-22 till date, category-wise and year-wise; (b) the details of amount of funds disbursed under the PLISFPI, category-wise and year- wise; (c) the details of the steps taken to enhance the presence and competitiveness of Indian tribal-branded consumer food products in global markets; (d) the details of the total number of loans sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme, separately for micro food processing entrepreneurs specially for Tribals, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Self Help Groups(SHGs) and Co-operatives, year-wise and State/UT-wise; (e) the total amount of credit sanctioned and disbursed under PMFME scheme, and the average loan size for each of the above categories, year-wise in the country including Chhattisgarh; and (f) the steps taken to enhance the global competitiveness of tribals-branded consumer products originating from Chhattisgarh? The Scheme adopts the One District One Product (ODOP) approach to leverage scale in procurement, common services and marketing. Minor Forest Produce (MFP) has been identified as ODOP in 48 districts across the country, including districts in Chhattisgarh, which supports development of products based on local and tribal resources. The Scheme also provides branding and marketing support to enhance market access and visibility of products through tie-ups with retail chains and digital platforms. As on 31st December 2025, 27 proposals for Branding and Marketing have been approved under PMFME Scheme. However, no proposal under Branding and Marketing component of PMFME Scheme has been received from the State of Chhattisgarh. Further, MoFPI is also implementing Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Food Processing Industry (PLISFPI) under which support is provided for branding and marketing abroad to enhance the global visibility and competitiveness of Indian food products. These provisions contribute to strengthening the presence and competitiveness of Indian food products in global markets. (d): Under the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro food processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme, loans for 1,72,707 micro food processing enterprises have been sanctioned as on 31st December 2025. Out of this, loans have been sanctioned for 9600 Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries, 269 Farmers Producer Organisations (FPOs), 1427 Self Help Groups (SHG) and 90 Cooperatives. The year-wise and State/UT-wise details are at Annexure-I. (e): Under the PMFME Scheme, loans for 1,72,707 micro food processing enterprises have been sanctioned with term loan sanction amount of Rs. 14,182.22 crore and 1,40,462 loans disbursed with amount of Rs. 11,264.20 crore, as on 31st December 2025. The average loan size for Tribals, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Co- operatives is Rs. 0.06 crore, Rs. 0.75 crore, Rs. 0.05 crore and Rs.1.20 crore respectively. Out of this, for the State of Chhattisgarh, average loan size is Rs. 0.06 crore, for ST beneficiaries and 0.28 crore for SHG beneficiaries. The year-wise details of the total amount of credit (term loan) sanctioned and disbursed under PMFME scheme, and the average loan size for each of the above categories average loan sanction are at
