SHRI VIJAY KUMAR DUBEY: SHRI BALABHADRA MAJHI: Will the Minister of AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृ िष एवं िकसान क(cid:670)ाण मं(cid:361)ी be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has conducted an assessment of the progress achieved under the Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY) during the year 2025 including its implementation in Nabarangpur Lok Sabha constituency in Odisha, Shahdol, Anuppur and Umaria districts in Shahdol Lok Sabha constituency; (b) if so, the details thereof including the number of Aspirational Agricultural Districts covered, the level of inter-ministerial coordination established and the measurable impact thereof on the income of farmers, agricultural productivity and crop diversification, State- wise particularly in Jharkhand, Jalagaon Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra and Pali Lok Sabha constituency in Rajasthan and in aspirational districts such as Shahdol; (c) whether the Government has undertaken any study of the challenges faced in adoption of modern agricultural technologies such as drones and smart irrigation, limitations in access to institutional credit and issues relating to market linkages and if so, the steps taken to address these constraints particularly in tribal and backward regions like Nabarangpur and in the Shahdol region; (d) whether the Government proposes to expand the scope of the said scheme or launch new initiatives thereunder to further increase the income of farmers, promote crop diversification and promote climate-resilient agriculture under the scheme across the country; and (e) if so, the details of such proposed measures, with special reference to their coverage and implementation particularly in Jharkhand and Maharashtra, including Jalgaon district? ANSWER MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृ िष एवं िकसान क(cid:670)ाण मं(cid:361)ी (SHRI SHIVRAJ SINGH CHOUHAN) (a) to (e): A Statement is laid on the Table of the House.STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF PARTS (a) to (e) OF THE LOK SABHA STARRED QUESTION NO. 48 DUE FOR ANSWER ON 03RD FEBRUARY, 2026 REGARDING “PROGRESS ACHIEVED UNDER PMDDKY” (a) & (b): The Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (DDKY) was approved by the Union Cabinet on 16th July, 2025 and formally launched on 11th October, 2025. 96 DDKY districts, including Malkangiri district in Nabarangpur Lok Sabha constituency of Odisha; Shahdol, Anuppur and Umaria districts of Madhya Pradesh; Simdega and West Singhbhum districts of Jharkhand and Pali district of Rajasthan, have formulated the Districts Action Plans and uploaded the same on the DDKY dashboard. District falling in Jalgaon Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra is not covered under DDKY. District Action Plan of DDKY districts are formulated and approved by the District Dhan Dhaanya Samiti. The plans are made in convergence of 36 Central Schemes of 11 Departments, state schemes and private sector participation. The DDKY samitis do consultations & inter departmental coordination while formulating the District Action Plan. In order to effectively monitor at State & National level, the State Dhan-Dhaanya Samiti and National Executive and National Monitoring Committees have been set up respectively. (c) to (e): DDKY targets promotion of climate resilient agricultural practices, integrated farming, mechanization and market linkages through convergence.
