Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has received a Strategic Investment Plan (SIP) from the State of
Odisha under the RAMP Scheme and if so, the year of submission and status of its approval thereof;
(b) the total funds sanctioned and released to Odisha under the RAMP scheme till date, along
with the details of actual utilization and unspent balance, district-wise;
(c) the number of MSMEs in Odisha that have benefited under the RAMP scheme particularly in
backward and tribal districts and the nature of support provided; and
(d) whether the Government has taken steps to promote women-led MSMEs under RAMP in
Odisha and if so, the number of such enterprises supported and the categories of support extended?

(a): Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises received the Strategic Investment Plan
(SIP) from the Government of Odisha under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance
(RAMP)scheme, on 16.09.2023.The Ministry conveyed approval of Rs. 57.34 Crore for six
interventions in the SIP to Government of Odisha on 11.12.2023.
(b): RAMP is a Central Sector Scheme. Therefore, no State-wise /District-wise budget allocation
is made. However, funds have been approved for implementing the approved interventions. The
details of funds sanctioned, released, utilised and unspent balance in respect of State of Odisha, under
the RAMP Programme is as under:

(d): Under RAMP scheme, Government has taken several steps to promote women entrepreneurs
in the country, including in Odisha. Apart from promoting the MSMEs through SIP interventions,
RAMP supports various other initiatives of the Ministry of MSME, like Udyam Registration/Udyam
Assist Platform, MSME Champions scheme, Credit guarantees for women- owned Micro and Small
Enterprises (MSEs) through the Credit Guarantee Scheme for MSEs.
