128. SHRI RAHUL KASWAN:
Will the Minister of SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP be pleased to
state:
(a) the details of the total number of candidates enroled, trained, assessed, certified
and placed under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in Rajasthan during
financial year 2024-25, district and component-wise Short Term Training
(STT)/Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)/Kaushal Rozgars PMKVY 4.0 along with
number of candidates, placements were done within 30, 60 and 90 days after the
certification;
(b) the details of total number of certified candidates in said State during the said
period who did not receive any placement offer within 90 days of certification along with
the average time-to-placement for those who were placed, district-wise; and
(c) the details of the names and registration numbers of the top 10 Training Partners
(TPs) in Rajasthan joined by the certified candidates during the said period along with the
placement counts attributed to each TP?

The details of the top 10 Training Partners (TPs) in Rajasthan with the highest number of

Under PMKVY 4.0, placement component has been delinked from skilling to lay emphasis
on empowering trained candidates to choose their varied career path through skilling in
