Parliament Question: Raw Material Supply Scheme in Andhra Pradesh

SHRI SANA SATHISH BABU: Will the Minister of TEXTILES be pleased to state: (a) the funds allocated and utilized for the Raw Material Supply Scheme (RMSS) in Andhra Pradesh during the last four years, and 2025–26; (b) the year-wise quantity of subsidized yarn and (Silk, Cotton and Wool) supplied to weavers in the State to analyse trends; (c) the number of operational yarn depots and warehouses under the revised price subsidy component; and (d) the expenditure on transport subsidy and the number of weavers using the National Handloom Development Program (NHDP) e-Portal for direct yarn procurement? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR TEXTILES (SHRI PABITRA MARGHERITA) (a): Funds under RMSS are not allocated State-wise.
