particularly in Bihar;
(b) whether it is a fact that there is a shortage of veterinary doctors in Government hospitals in the
country and if so, the details thereof, State-wise particularly in Bihar;
(c) whether the Government has taken any measures or issued policy directives to counter the
problem, and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

framed and communicated to States/UT with the request for adoption and necessary action vide
OM No. K-11/47/2024-LH dated 26.11.2025.
